Mumbai since last 3-4 decades.
(2) Recently when the news of starting of local services has spread the builders/developers from Mumbai
have started acquiring lands between Palghar and Dahanu and the prices of land have started rising
very sharply.
(3) There are no vacant lands available near Boisar Station, the lands available for sale are in the areas
around 6KM from Boisar Station in the west, quote minimum of Rs.500 per sq fts and in the east
around Rs. 300 per sq fts.
(4) At least 4 huge township projects are already underway. The four well known are :
