Other Details-
1) Half of the land belongs to the collector and half of the land belongs to Municipal Corporation.
2) In which the collectors part is cleared. .i.e. Annexure-1, Annexure-2, Annexure-3 and LOI. But in the Municipal Corporations part only Annexure-1 is done and Annexure-2, Annexure-3 and LOI are remaining which must be cleared by the developer.
3) All the tenants .i.e. 550 Tenants registration is done. File submission is done.
4) All the documents are clear.
